Many years ago, my husband and I had an extended lay over in Phoenix. We had just enough time to rent a car, drive the 2 hours to Sedona to watch a sunset and return to the Phoenix airport to catch our flight. Ever since then, experiencing another Sedona sunset had been on the adventure list in my head.
In May it became a reality! Sunrise, sunset, yoga hiking tour and so much more. It was just as I imagined it would be. Just as I had written about it day after day.
- I DECIDED to go to Sedona.
- I IMAGINED it daily in my mind, in my journal and on my vision board.
- I TOOK ACTION by choosing a date and making reservations.
That's me in tree pose on top of Cathedral Rock! I even found a quiet rock to meditate on. This is what it looks like when I follow my bliss.
