True Power is listening to and acting on your inner wisdom.

True Power is allowing abundance.

True Power is making time for laughter.

True Power is committing to yourself.

True Power is recommitting to yourself.

True Power is recommitting to yourself again.

Remember Your Brilliance

Do you know how incredible you are?  Have you ever really thought about how much you have to offer?  About all of the ways that you rock?

We are often so blinded by the circumstances of our lives that we forget who we are.  As if amnesia has set in.  One disappointment.  One negative comment.  Can send us into a downward spiral of victim hood or low self-esteem.  We believe that we don’t have what it takes to pursue our heart’s desire.

The Truth is that you are capable of far more than you know.  There is not one person on Earth who is exactly like you.  Your experiences, your genes, your desires, your talents.  They are all woven together into an intricate, unrepeatable arrangement called YOU.

Guess what!  You have assets.  They may be hidden but they are there.  But, you can’t use your assets until you are aware of them, until you bring them to the surface and let them shine like a brilliant gem.

I’ve created a worksheet that I call Remember Your Brilliance. To help you create our own personal asset list.  This is different than creating a resume.  You are calling forth a full spectrum of assets.  Brilliance in all areas of life.

At first, it may seem like the list is coming out as a trickle, but as you delve deeper, going deep into your memory bank, you will be in awe at what comes forth.  The prompts will help you let it flow.

This simple practice will build confidence and self-esteem.  Remind you of all the ways you rock.  Let it support you in building your dream, in letting your light shine.

Ask yourself:  What can I do with what I have?

You have something unique and beautiful to offer the world.  You are capable of far more than you’ve ever imagined.  It’s time to share it.

Shifting

Just as a pilot makes small shifts throughout a flight to adjust for wind, weather and obstacles, you too can shift your thinking throughout the day to adjust for circumstances that arise.  All it takes is a slight shift.  Even a one degree shift has the potential to completely change the trajectory of your life.

When you choose to shift your thinking you set the tone for what you will experience and attract.

If you start your day thinking “this is one of those days”, you will find examples of “one of those days”. Your hair dryer goes on the fritz.  You spill coffee on your white blouse.  You get stuck in traffic.

When you start the day thinking “This is the day of my amazing good fortune”.  Thank you Florence Scovel Shinn!  You will find examples of the abundance that is all around you.  You become aware of opportunities that you may not have noticed before.  It really is that simple.  You attract what you think.

Try these slight shifts when your mind starts going down the dark road of circumstance:

  • What if this is what it looks like when it’s all working out?
  • I AM shifting into joy.  I AM shifting into health.  I AM shifting into knowing.
  • Up Until Now...
  • Every day and in every way I AM getting better and better.
